Well, This Looks Promising

J.J. Abrams has a new television series coming out on CBS called “Person of Interest,” about a washed-up CIA agent who becomes a sort of high-tech vigilante. The star is Jim Caviezel who, of course, played Jesus in The Passion of The Christ. Caviezel’s an intense guy – I once joked that Mel Gibson must’ve directed him by saying, “Just be yourself, Jim, but dial it back a little,” – who seems to pick his parts with rock solid integrity in keeping with his rock solid beliefs.  Add to this the fact that the show is written by Jonathan Nolan, who wrote “The Dark Knight,” and it begins to seem there might be something worth watching on network TV other than “Blue Bloods.”

Here’s a promo:

Network says this has tested better with focus groups than any new drama in fifteen years.

‘The uploader has not make this video available in your country’?  – a pox on their houses!

I might have to get that tv off the shelf in my garage and plug it in again. But even so, it might take a while to get the CBS channel reprogrammed into it as I think I deleted them (along with the rest of the MSM) into eternity in 2008.
