Andrew’s first thriller novel — co-authored with his brother Laurence — was Mrs. White, written under the brothers’ shared pseudonym of Margaret Tracy. Though the paperback original was written quickly to help support Andrew’s first child, it won the Edgar and became the basis for a film called White of the Eye. (And yes, it predated The Stepfather, which has almost the same premise.) Now Mrs. White, long out of print and hard to find, will join some of Andrew’s other early suspense stories in e-book form at MysteriousPress.com. Andrew’s first suspense novel under his own name, The Scarred Man, is scheduled to be published there April 17th. Mrs. White will be published after that, the date not set.
