Principal photography on the movie “One Missed Call” has now begun in Atlanta, Georgia with French director Eric Vallette at the helm and Shannyn Sossamon and Ed Burns starring. Sossamon, who's been featured in such films as “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang,” “40 Days and 40 Nights,” and “A Knight’s Tale” plays a young woman trying to forestall a murderous curse that travels by cell phone. Burns, the writer, director and star of such films as “The Groomsmen,” “Sidewalks of New York” and “The Brothers McMullen,” plays the cop who comes to her aide. Andrew wrote the script for this remake of the Japanese film “Chakushin ari.” It's due for release in 2007.
